Landscape Crew Lead
Full-time · Year-roundLead a small crew on daily jobs across hardscape, lawn care, and enhancement projects. Coordinate with the office, keep jobs on schedule, and ensure quality on every site.
- 3+ years landscaping or hardscape experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Valid G driver's licence (AZ an asset)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Shoveler / Labourer
Full-time · Seasonal (Winter)Hand-clear snow from walkways, steps, entrances, and tight areas on residential and commercial properties. Early morning availability required — dependability is everything in this role.
- Ability to shovel and work outdoors in all weather
- Early morning and overnight availability
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No experience required — we'll train the right person
Loader Operator
Full-time · Seasonal (Winter)Operate skid steer or wheel loader to clear snow from commercial parking lots and large residential properties. Must be comfortable working in low-visibility, high-pressure winter conditions.
- Experience operating a skid steer or loader
- Valid G driver's licence
- Available for early morning and overnight shifts
- Dependable and safety-conscious
Sidewalk Tractor Operator
Full-time · Seasonal (Winter)Operate a sidewalk tractor to clear walkways, paths, and tight commercial areas. Routes assigned nightly — you'll need to be efficient, thorough, and on time every shift.
- Experience with sidewalk tractors or similar equipment an asset
- Valid G driver's licence
- Available for overnight and early morning shifts
- Comfortable working independently on assigned routes
Landscape Technician
Full-time · Seasonal (Spring–Fall)Maintain premium residential and commercial properties across London and surrounding areas. Duties include mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, aeration, planting, and seasonal cleanups.
- Experience with commercial landscaping equipment
- Valid G driver's licence
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-facing professional
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
